Our Place on the Lake
Warners Paradise is a family-run collection of vacation homes on 150 quiet acres just outside Murray, Kentucky. Our homes are located along and around Kentucky Lake, offering space to spread out, relax, and truly enjoy time together.
We’re not a resort with rows of identical cabins—and we’re not completely off-grid either. Each home is its own place, with its own address, driveway, and parking (shared only when booking multiple homes together). This gives you privacy, comfort, and room to unwind without feeling crowded.
Some of our homes share the same beautiful stretch of shoreline, making them perfect for families or groups booking more than one home. Others are set farther back for a quieter, more tucked-away feel. No matter which home you choose, you’ll have your own entrance and the comforts of a fully stocked home.
How Our Homes Are Laid Out
Guests often ask how close the homes are to one another. Here’s a simple overview of how Warners Paradise is set up:
Lakeside Cluster
These homes are located closer together along the lakeshore. You’ll still have your own space and privacy, but you may see neighbors along the water or near the docks—ideal for families or groups booking multiple homes together.
The View – A large lakefront home sleeping up to 20, with sweeping panoramic lake views, spacious decks, and a private dock.
Driftwood Retreat – A classic lakeside home with a private dock, screened-in porch with hot tub, Roku TVs, free kayaks, and seasonal boat and jet ski rentals.
Anchor Dome – A romantic geodesic dome near the water with its own deck, hot tub, and playful nautical touches.
More Tucked-Away Homes
These homes are set back from the water and offer a quieter, more private feel while still being a short drive to the lake and nearby marinas.
Forest Dome – A peaceful dome set back from the lake in a wooded area, featuring modern comforts and flexible sleeping space, including convertible sleeper chairs—ideal for couples or small families.
Cozy Antler – A warm, rustic getaway with lodge-style décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable gathering spaces.
Bearadise A-Frame – A playful, family-friendly A-frame with cozy sleeping areas, outdoor hangout spaces, and a wood-burning fire pit (firewood included).
Eagle Retreat (Yurt) – A unique yurt-style stay tucked into the woods, blending nature with comfort and charm for a quiet, one-of-a-kind experience.

Who We Are
Warners Paradise is owned and operated by a local family who loves Kentucky Lake. Each home has been built or renovated with real guests in mind—comfortable beds, practical kitchens, hot tubs and fire pits where they make sense, and thoughtful details that make your stay easier and more enjoyable.
