Our Place on the Lake
Warner’s Paradise is a family-run collection of vacation homes on 150 quiet acres just outside Murray, Kentucky. Our homes are set along and around Kentucky Lake, with room to spread out, unwind, and actually enjoy your time together.

We’re not a resort with rows of identical cabins—and we’re not completely off-grid either. Each home is its own place, with its own address, driveway, and parking (shared after booking), so you can relax without feeling crowded.

Some of our homes share the same beautiful stretch of shoreline—perfect if you’re booking multiple houses together. Others are further back for a more tucked-away feel. Either way, you’ll have your own entrance and the comforts of a fully stocked home.

How Our Homes Are Laid Out

Guests often ask how close the homes are to one another. Here’s a simple breakdown:

Lakeside Cluster
These homes sit closer together along the lakeshore. You’ll still have your own space and privacy, but you may see neighbors along the water or on nearby docks—great for families or groups booking multiple homes:

• The View – Large lakefront home, sleeps up to 20, with an incredible panorama from the deck and a private dock.

• Anchor Dome – Romantic geodesic dome near the water with its own deck, hot tub, and playful nautical touches.

• Driftwood Retreat – Classic lakeside home with a private dock, screened-in porch with hot tub, Roku TVs, and free kayaks, plus seasonal boat and jet ski rentals.

More Tucked-Away Homes
Set back a bit more from the water, these homes offer a quieter, more private feel while still being a short drive to the lake and marinas:

• Cozy Antler – Warm, rustic getaway with lodge-style décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable spaces to hang out.

• Bearadise A-Frame – Playful, family-friendly A-frame with cozy sleeping spaces, outdoor hangout areas, and a wood-burning fire pit (firewood included).

Lake Fun Made Easy

Whether you’re planning a fishing trip, a family lake week, or a couples’ escape, we try to make time on the water simple:

• Private docks at select homes for fishing, swimming, and tying up your boat

• Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals (spring through early fall)

• Free kayaks at select homes

• Close to marinas and public ramps if you’re staying inland

Who We Are

Warner’s Paradise is owned and operated by a local family who loves Kentucky Lake. We’ve built and renovated each home with real guests in mind—comfortable beds, practical kitchens, hot tubs and fire pits where they make sense, and details that make your trip easier, not more complicated.

Our goal is simple: give you the space, comfort, and setting to make memories on the lake.
