Bring the whole group to The View at Warners Paradise, a spacious five-bedroom Kentucky Lake vacation rental near Murray, Kentucky, for families and groups of up to 20 guests. This lakefront home features its own private covered dock, three complimentary kayaks, a six-person hot tub, a large firepit overlooking the water, a screened porch, multiple decks, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table and 2-player arcade.

Spend the morning kayaking, swimming, fishing, or relaxing at the dock. Return for lunch on the screened porch, soak in the hot tub, challenge the family to pool or arcade games, and end the evening around the firepit as the sun sets over Kentucky Lake.

Seasonal pontoon and Jet Ski rentals are available on-site from April 15 through September 15, so you can enjoy a full lake vacation without hauling your own watercraft.

THE HOME

The View offers plenty of room for extended families, multiple couples, and groups traveling together. The open upstairs living, dining, and kitchen areas make it easy to gather, while the downstairs living and game room gives everyone another place to spread out.

Self-check-in is available through a digital keypad. Plentiful parking is available for vehicles and trailers, including a covered two-vehicle garage/carport area.

WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP

The View has five bedrooms plus flexible sleeper spaces. Maximum occupancy is 20 guests, regardless of the number of beds and sleeper surfaces.

The upstairs living room is centered around an oversized 12-seat blue modular sectional that converts for sleeping. Relax beside the electric fireplace and watch the 65-inch Roku TV using your own streaming-service logins. Sliding doors connect the living room to the screened porch and lake-facing deck.

The main dining tables can be configured to seat up to 16 guests using four additional chairs stored in the primary suite. The screened porch provides additional dining for eight.

The lakefront deck includes a private six-person hot tub, outdoor dining, and places to relax with the water nearby. The screened porch offers a comfortable, bug-free space for meals, drinks, games, and conversation.

Kentucky Lake offers boating and fishing for bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, and other species.

Seasonal Water-Level Notice:

Kentucky Lake operates at a lower winter pool approximately September 15 through April 15. During this period, water levels may be too low for dependable boat dockage. Guests bringing boats should plan around seasonal water levels.

SEASONAL BOAT AND JET SKI RENTALS

Pontoon and Jet Ski rentals are available separately on-site from April 15 through September 15, subject to availability, weather, and lake conditions. Reserve early for popular summer dates.

BATHROOMS, WORKSPACE, AND LAUNDRY

The View has three full bathrooms:

Private ensuite bathroom in the upstairs primary suite with tub/shower combination
Upstairs common bathroom with a long double-sink vanity and spacious tiled walk-in shower
Downstairs common bathroom with a full tub/shower combination

Towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

A dedicated room with a door includes a desk, executive chair, and Wi-Fi for remote work. Two washers and two dryers make it easier to manage swimsuits, towels, and laundry during longer stays.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home and The View’s designated outdoor areas, except for two clearly marked, keypad-locked owners’ closets.

The View’s house, parking, hot tub, firepit, decks, and private covered dock are reserved for your group.

Anchor Dome, a separate Warners Paradise vacation rental, is located nearby and may be visible from parts of the property and in some aerial photos. The two rentals have separate homes, parking areas, hot tubs, firepits, and private docks. Anchor Dome guests do not share The View’s private amenities.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Nightly rates vary by season, day of the week, demand, holidays, and length of stay. Minimum-stay requirements may also vary by date. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes are added during booking. Rates include use of the entire home, private covered dock, hot tub, firepit, and three kayaks for up to 20 guests. Seasonal pontoon and Jet Ski rentals are optional, subject to availability, and not included in the lodging rate. Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
