Guests may also bring their own boat and use the dock for convenient boat tie-up during their stay.

Children must always be supervised near the lake and dock, and all water activities are enjoyed at guests’ own risk.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, day of the week, holidays, local demand, and length of stay. Pricing is subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Seasonal pricing: • Peak lake season: May 1–September 15 • Lower-demand season: September 16–April 30 Minimum-stay requirements vary by date. Summer weekends, holidays, and other high-demand periods may require longer stays. Occupancy: Rates are based on a maximum of 8 registered guests. The occupancy limit may not be exceeded without prior written approval. Payments: • 50% of the reservation total is due at booking • The remaining balance is automatically collected 7 days before arrival Cancellation policy: • 100% refund when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival • Payments are nonrefundable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival Applicable lodging taxes, cleaning charges, processing fees, and any other required fees will be displayed before the reservation is confirmed.
