Spend the day on the water with the 2 included kayaks, then come home to soak in the screened-porch hot tub, relax in the hammock, grill dinner, and end the night with s’mores at the firepit.

Dock + Lake Access (Important)
You’ll have shared access to the dock, which is also used by the owners. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock for relaxing, fishing, swimming (ladder included), and launching the kayaks. We simply ask everyone to be courteous and share the space.
✅ Bringing a boat? You’re welcome to bring one — there is dock access for loading/unloading and tying up, and we’ll coordinate the best spot since the dock is shared.
✅ No boat? No problem. We also offer on-site pontoon + jet ski rentals seasonally (Apr 15–Sept 15, additional fee; weather/availability dependent). Rentals are operated separately by Warner Boat Rentals LLC and require a notice ahead of time + rental agreement.
Inside the Cottage
Living Room
Settle into the huge sectional (plus a futon for extra sleeping space) and stream your favorites on the 65” Roku TV using your own logins. Sliding doors lead straight to the deck for easy indoor/outdoor living.
Kitchen + Dining
Cook family meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave, plus cookware, bakeware, dishware, and all the essentials. Start your morning with the dual-use Keurig (pods or grounds).
Dine inside at the table for 6, or take meals outside on the deck or screened porch.
Sleeping Setup (Sleeps up to 8)
Bedroom 1: King bed + Roku TV + dresser + closet
Bedroom 2: Queen-over-queen bunk bed + Roku TV + dresser + closet

A quick note on privacy
Hosts live on the larger acreage but not close to your space. You’ll have privacy and we’re available if you need anything. There are also nearby lake homes not owned by Warners Paradise, so the level of seclusion depends on whether neighbors are present.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates vary by season, day of week, and demand and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Seasonal pricing: High season May 1 – Sept 15 / Low season Sept 16 – Apr 30. Minimum stay varies by date; peak summer weekends and holidays may require longer stays. Occupancy: Rates are for up to 8 guests max. Payments: 50% due at booking, remaining balance auto-collected 7 days before arrival. Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 14+ days before arrival; no refunds within 14 days of arrival. Taxes and any applicable fees (if shown) are calculated before you confirm your booking at checkout. Hot tub + kayaks: Included with your stay (no extra hot tub/kayak fee). Dock note: Dock access is shared with the owners; boat tie-up/loading is welcomed and we’ll coordinate the best spot during your stay. Pontoon + jet ski rentals: Optional on-site add-ons Apr 15 – Sept 15 (additional fee; weather/availability dependent). Rentals are operated separately by Warner Boat Rentals LLC and require reservation + rental agreement/waiver.

We’re the family behind Warners Paradise, a small collection of lakefront stays on beautiful Kentucky Lake near Murray, KY. We live and host locally, and we’ve poured a lot of time, care, and creativity into making each space feel special, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Warners Paradise started with a simple idea: create the kind of place we would want to stay at—somewhere clean, cozy, thoughtfully designed, and close to the water, with all the little details taken care of. Over time that vision has grown into several unique properties, including cabins, larger homes for groups, and now our geodesic Anchor Dome for couples looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway. We take pride in: Clear communication – You’ll always have detailed instructions and quick responses. Clean, well-maintained spaces – We care about the details and want each stay to feel “wow.” Local knowledge – From boat rentals to restaurants and things to do around Kentucky Lake, we’re happy to share recommendations.
